I recently purchased a new vehicle from Chalut Auto Ltée. This process was very cordial and professional. Minor defects were noticed at the time of taking possession. When it was possible for me to have these defects corrected, the Body Shop Manager did everything possible to provide me with a comparable vehicle for the time of the repairs. I was treated to impeccable service and my vehicle was restored to new condition, inside and out. The sales manager even allowed me to choose a cap, as promised two months ago.
