It's been three years since I first acquired the Cadillac ATS-V from you and I'm very satisfied. My needs were pretty specific because I'm part of several performance driving clubs on the Mont Tremblant circuit. My car, therefore, requires rigorous and professional service. I want to highlight the excellent work of Guillaume in service. He listens to all of my needs and does everything in his power to meet my needs, which are out of the ordinary and often complex. I am actually a business owner in the service industry with many employees and I know how to recognize an employee who knows how to make a difference and always does a little more for every customer. My experience at Chalut Auto has been excellent thanks to Guillaume's help. I would also like to highlight the work of the mechanics who did an excellent job on my car and delivered the expected results.
